  4. These have been converted to be used in the Juggernaut Questionaire
  5. system ("AnsQ" and "ShwQ" commands).

  7. These ANSIs have all been run through ANSI-Optimizer, but not hand optimized.

  9. I am using the following numbering scheme for this directory:

  11.   .1## for new user new-user-voting info forms
  12.   .2## for new user sysop-only info forms
  13.   .3## for other info forms
  14.   .4## for other forms
